That after completion of registration process the Referral Partner can login through login panel, by using his ID & password.

The Referral Partner will only transfer his leads (Prospective Customer) as per terms & conditions stated on the website of Loan Guru.

Referral Partner will not collect nor complete the documentation from his customer, the role of Referral Partner is only confine or limited up to the transfer of Lead to the authorized person of the company or uploaded that lead to the referral penal or the case may be.

That the after receiving the proposed lead from the Referral Partner, the sales team of the company will convert that proposed lead/Customer into a financial product like HL, BL, Lap Cash Credit Limit, Overdraft Limit or the case may be or as per the need of the customer.

That the Referral Partner will not charge or collect any amount from the customers on account of rendering financial services nor authorized his agent, partner or associate to do so.

That the role of the Referral Partner is only to pass a reference of his prospective customer who in need of financial help.

That the Referral Partner does not claim himself /herself as an employee of the company, nor claim any salary.

That in lieu of referring leads to the Company, Referral Partner will get Commission as per the business, he/she gives to the Company or as per the Schedule or the case may be.

That the amount of commission will release to the Referral Partners on or before 15 days from the date of the disbursement of his lead.

That the Referral Partner is not authorized to represent as an employee of the Company, if Referral Partner want to join the Company as a regular employee in that case Referral Partner has to approach the Human Resources of the Company.

That the Referral Partner will not use Company logo, nor use the Visiting Cards, Stationery without pry permission from the authorized person from the company.

That the Court at Delhi and nor other Courts whatsoever Shall have the Jurisdiction to try all suits in respect of any claims, or dispute arising out of under this agreement or in any way relating to the same.

That the Referral Partner acknowledges that He/She have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all terms and conditions on this Website.
